WWE SMACKDOWN TAPINGS – 5/3/2013

* Ryback kicks off this week’s SmackDown and cuts a promo about Extreme Rules and John Cena.

* Ryback vs. Daniel Bryan is up first. Lots of “Yes!” chants in the arena tonight.

* Ryback defeated Daniel Bryan in a lengthy match. He won with Shellshocked.

* Renee Young is backstage interviewing Ricardo Rodriguez and Alberto Del Rio.

* Fandango beat Zack Ryder in a quick match.

* Ricardo Rodriguez vs. Zeb Colter ends in a no contest when Jack Swagger and Alberto Del Rio interfere. Teddy Long comes out and makes a tag match. The tag match changes when Dolph Ziggler and Big E Langston interfere.

* Ricardo and Del Rio vs. Swagger and Colter vs. Langston and Ziggler is up next. Del Rio gets the win for his team by submission.

* Backstage segment with The Shield attacking Daniel Bryan.

* Randy Orton defeated Damien Sandow. After the match, Big Show came down and had words with Orton.

* Kane comes out of the trainers room backstage and says The Shield will pay for what they did to Bryan.

* Mark Henry vs. Sheamus in an arm wrestling contest is up next. Henry wins but Sheamus wants another shot but using their left arms. Henry accepts but Sheamus decks him with a right had. They brawl but Sheamus leaves Henry laying.

* Kane vs. Dean Ambrose is up next. Ambrose gets the win and then The Shield beats down Kane. They leave him laying and stand over him with the WWE Tag Team Titles in hand.

Evidentemente l'Undertaker è uscito fuori di scena. Peccato.
Ho letto una news in cui si dice che potrebbe tornare per svolgere un match a SummerSlam, comunque ormai non lo vedremo prima di Money in the Bank.


WWE Main Event

* Michael Cole and JBL make their way to the announce table.

* Antonio Cesaro cuts a promo.

* Kofi Kingston defeated Antonio Cesaro. After the match, Kofi said he’s a daddy now and gave a shout out to the kid and his wife saying he’s coming home to see them.

* Heath Slater defeated Justin Gabriel. This concludes the WWE Main Event Tapings.


Speravo nella vittoria di Antonio Cesaro, cosa che avrebbe reso la sua perdita precedente ancora più sconcertante, ma almeno avrebbe riottenuto il titolo, invece niente.

sembra uno sd in cui a parte il feud tra Shield e Hell No non si salvi altro, però aspetto di vederlo per dare il giudizio definitivo

PS: nel match a 3 coppie è stato sottomesso Colter vero?

Finalmente un buonissimo feud per i titoli di coppia che ora come ora hanno più importanza per Extreme Rules che il titolo mondiale...Wade Barrett assente sia da Raw e sia da Smackdown...

E' vero: con il Team Hell No la categoria Tag Team era risalita notevolmente, poi di nuovo scesa, pur mantenendo un livello accettabile, mentre ora con questa accesissima rivalità messa in primo piano sia a RAW sia a SmackDown soprattutto, si sta rialzando nuovamente! Complimenti a Kane e Daniel Bryan che hanno riportato lustro alle cinture di coppia: ora a Extreme Rules spero vinca The Shield, il quale completeranno il lavoro dei loro predecessori (The Shield occupa praticamente il Main Event dei due show principali, quindi se sranno campioni di coppia, le loro cinture acquisirebbero una notevole importanza). Spero che si continui così con i Tag Team championships e con The Shield.

Come previsto Taker è stato utilizzato solo per dare importanza al feud e nient'altro, e com'è giusto che sia probabilmente avremo ad Extreme Rules un match Hell No vs The Shield per i titoli di coppia.

Mi auguro sia un 2vs2, perchè un 3vs2 avrebbe un esito troppo scontato.
