virus win32/heur
avg mi rileva questi 2 virus,ma non li elimina,li mette in quarantena e sembrano sempre uscire..c'è 1 modo x rimuoverli senza formattare?

l'altra è quella di scaricare combofix ed eseguirlo senza connessione ad internet ed antivirus attivati

sul task manager non ce nessun processo win32/heur
ho provato a cerkare sia win32/heur.exe ke .dll tramite "cerca" e non ne trova.

se hai windows originale scaricati microsoft essential security.... poco invasivo..gratuito e con un motore che negli ultimi test è tra i primi 5.... allo stato attuale decisamente il migliore tra i free..
se invece vuoi qualcosina in piu ora co ora norton è il migliore...velocissimo e motore n.1 ovviamente tra 2 o 3 mesi tutto potrebbe cambiare... vedi nod32 che stacadendo in un fosso...
www.microsoft.com e lo trovi....
se vuoi dare una bella ripulita magari scaricati la versione di prova 30 gg di norton....pulisci tutto il sistema... lo velocizzi con ccleaner e poi vai di microsoft

Butta AVG, se vuoi rimanere nei free scarica Avira altrimenti prova la trial di Norton insieme a Malwarebytes.

dubito seriamente tu abbia provato la suite del 2010 o 2011 perchè è meno pesante del 90 % degli antivirus
